If you don't have Internet Connection to validate Windows, bypass Windows validation check in IE7 (beta) Here's how to unofficially bypass this check... Extract IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe with WinRAR to a temporary directory.

Download this Dll file Here and overwrite it to UPDATE/iecustom.dll Then Run UPDATE.exe

The above technique can only be used by ITPORTAL.org users, who don't have internet connection in their PC.

Terms of Use:

The software must be used only with a validly licensed copy of Windows XP SP2. You may not test the software in a live operating environment unless Microsoft permits you to do so under another agreement.
